Quality Accommodations & Services At Ministry Prices
When visiting Potter's Ranch it is our purpose to provide a quality, safe, and positive experience so you can be refreshed and renewed. As a year-round, private Christian Wilderness Retreat Center, we have made our accommodations and chef prepared dining as economic and affordable for Churches, Schools, Families and Individuals to enjoy.
ALL Activities and Lodging MUST be booked at least 14 days in advance.

Family Lodging

Family Lodging
  Family cabins and wagons all have climate control, with minimums and maximums required.
 
 vALLEY VIEW / Deer View CABINS
 
$45 /PERSON

Valley View & Deer View can accommodate up to eight people, with a minimum of four to reserve.

 
conestoga wagon
 
$25 /PERSON

Conestoga wagons are on room wagons with a minimum and maximum of four people.  All linens are included; there are two wagons available.

 
Frontier Cabin
 
$45 /Person

This is designed specifically for a couple, it is a quaint little cabin with a minimum and maximum of two people with a kitchen and living room. It has a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is set up for light cooking.

 
Settlers Cabin
 
$20 /PERSON

Settler’s Cabin is a one-room cabin with 4 bunk beds that are three levels high, accommodating up to 12 people. This cabin has heat and air conditioning, but bedding and towels are NOT included in this cabin.

 

Group Cabins

Group Cabins
Group Cabin price includes 3 meals, lodging, meeting space, beverage service, linens and towels. No meals served on Sunday.
 
Cedar Cabins
 
$104 /person

Cedar Cabins can accommodate up to 36 people and is located near The Lodge. Minimum of 20 people required to reserve Cedar Cabins.

 
Pioneer Village Cabins
 
$88 /person

Pioneer Village can accommodate up to 56 people and has the option for meeting space and meal service underneath the cabins. Minimum of 20 people required to reserve Pioneer Village Cabins.
