Once you have booked your visit at Potter's Ranch be sure to print off the required forms that were emailed to you and send them back with your deposit within 14 days to secure your reservation. Any unpaid fees should also be turned in the day of your arrival.

In the directions page you will find the address and a printable map of the Potter's Ranch property. There are also maps available of the property inside the lodge.

There are no phones available in any of the rooms so Potter's Ranch recommends the leader, or a member of the group, to bring a cellular phone for emergency use.

Potters Ranch reserves the right to cancel any activity due to inclement weather or temperature conditions. This includes lightning in local area.
Zip Line / Climbing Wall
  • Must be more than 40 lbs.
  • Must be less than 250 lbs.
  • No open toe shoes.
  • Must be able to climb hill (zip line ramp).
  • Harness and Helmet provided.
Paintball
  • Must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Maximum is 20 people per game.
  • We supply hopper of paint (approx. 200 paintballs), face mask, paintball gun, CO-2 and instruction.
  • No open toe shoes.
  • Paint is washable.
  • Extra Paint is $10 for a bag of 500 rounds.
  • Yes it can hurt, depending on distance! We recommend bringing extra protective clothing.
Canoes and Kayaks
  • Everyone MUST wear a life jacket.
  • No swimming allowed.
Archery & BB Guns
  • We provide bow/arrows/arm band.
  • We provide BB Gun, BBs, and protective eye wear.
  • Able to pull 10lbs (Genesis bow).
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
Equine Experiences
  • Must be at least 9 years old (Trail Ride).
  • Must wear closed toe, hard soled shoes.
  • 1/2 Heel boots for Trail Rides, Lessons and Lead Rides.
  • Helmets are provided.
  • Must be less than 200 lbs.
  • One rider per horse.
  • Lessons for school age and up.
 


What NOT to Wear
  • Sleeveless shirts, spaghetti strap tops or tank tops.
  • Clothing with offensive language or promoting persons, bands or products which are offensive.
  • During activities, best not to wear jewelry.
Turn Off or Silence Cell Phones
Do not let your phone interfere with yours or another person’s experience.
Inclement Weather
Potters Ranch Staff Has Your Groups Safety In Mind.
Normally, all scheduled recreation takes place regardless of weather conditions. In case of heavy rains or thunderstorms, our staff may need to make adjustments to the schedule or facility to accomplish scheduled activities and reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather conditions/lightning in area.
